Refund Policy

Withdrawal after attendance has begun is based on the following refund policy for all programs of two hundred forty (240) instructional hours or more:

90% of tuition
80% of tuition
60% of tuition
40% of tuition
0% of tuition
 

All request for refunds must be made in writing.

Refunds will only be made to the person, company or agency that paid our school. If the student paid through an agency, he or she must speak directly with that agency for a refund, all refunds paid via check or wire transfer will be made via a refund check form the school. However, if school fees were paid by credit card, then the school will process the refund to the credit card used for payment.

Missed Classes

All classes are scheduled per above. The student shall be entitled to a (1)absent with credit per month if you notify 24 hours in advance via email (info@tampalanguagecenter.com), by phone at (813-988-7900), if you call after working hours, please leave a voice message or fax (813-980-3751). Any cancelations made less than 24 hours considered “late cancellation” and the student will be charged in full for the class.

COURSE CANCELLATION POLICY

In compliance with Florida Law, all students may submit a request to cancel within three (3) days of enrollment and receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees. If classes have already begun within those three days, a refund of any unused prepaid tuition will be provided, minus a prorated tuition calculation for those classes taken. In addition, all students may submit a written request to cancel after the first three (3) days of enrollment but before the first scheduled day of class and receive a refund of prepaid tuition minus any non-refundable fees and the equivalent cost of tuition for the month.
